International Shipping
We're proud to ship our curated vintage collectibles worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package specifications.
Processing Time: 2-3 business days
Delivery Time: Varies by destination, typically 7-21 business days
Tracking: International tracking is provided when available
Important Note on Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Fragile items such as vintage art, prints, posters, and antiques receive special protective packaging. We take great care in preparing each shipment, as we understand these are valuable and often irreplaceable pieces.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, fragility, or destination. If we're unable to ship a specific item to your location, we'll contact you before processing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligible Returns:
- Items that were misrepresented in the listing
- Items that arrive damaged during shipping
- Items that are significantly different from the description
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery
- Items without original packaging (when applicable)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return
- Approval: We'll review your request and provide return authorization and instructions
- Ship Back: Carefully package and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, misrepresented), we'll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We'll work with you quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchanges
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage inventory, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
